I've been using the Fev V4.5S+ 23mm MTL RTA by ShenRay for a few weeks now, and it has become my daily MTL tank. The silver 316 stainless steel build feels solid and the machining is clean for the price. The airflow inserts (0.8/0.9/1.0/2.0mm) are genuinely useful; I settled on 1.0mm with the single airflow screw for a tighter draw. Flavor is excellent with simple tobaccos and fruity juices, and the throat hit is smooth rather than harsh. Wicking takes some patience: the cotton must completely cover the wick exits, or it will seep. Once right, no leaks. Bottom fill is old-school and slightly messy if you rush, but the 4.5ml capacity means I refill less often. On a 1.0-ohm build at 12-14W, my 18650’s battery life still lasts most of the day. It’s not a cloud tank and dual airflow won’t change that, but for MTL vaping it’s very satisfying. Five stars for the price and performance.

I bought the ShenRay Fev V4.5S+ 23mm MTL RTA from Amazon.de and have used it daily for a few weeks. Build quality is solid 316 stainless steel, threads are smooth, and the 4.5ml tank means I refill less often. The airflow inserts are the main reason I like it: I settled on the 1.0mm for a tight cigarette-like draw, and flavor from my tobacco and custard juices is clean and concentrated. With a simple 1.0 ohm round-wire build at around 12–14W, battery life on my single-18650 mod is very good. Bottom fill is a bit old-school, and wicking needs care so cotton fully covers the wick ports; once I did that, no leaks. It is not a cloud chaser, but for MTL it is excellent. 5/5.

Bought the Fev V4.5S+ 23mm MTL RTA by ShenRay a few weeks ago. I run it on a single 18650 mod at 12–15W, and battery life is excellent because MTL doesn’t drain much. Flavor is clean and dense with the 0.9mm insert; throat hit feels close to a cigarette. Building is simple once you get wicking right, but bottom fill can be fiddly and it will leak if cotton doesn’t fully cover the wick ports. 316 stainless steel feels solid, and 4.5ml lasts most of the day. Not perfect for beginners, but a great MTL RTA overall. 5/5.
